I refer to myself as a “travel advisor”.  I do this because of the personal relationship I build with my clients.  When you book direct with a supplier or 3rd party booking site you work with an “agent”, the next available representative.  Working with me you have no waiting on hold, being transferred from one department to another because we work together.
